just a note

its really important to me that i get skinny and hot ... soon

seriously important

i dont want to be a fat lady forever.

three days in a row, ive had just my shakes and then dinner. im not going to say my dinners were all that healthly and fabulous. but i feel ok.

plus - i didnt want to tell you this - but i gained back some weight last week. so im pretty happy to say that i lost 2 pounds in the last 3 days. and back to where i was ... still 2 pounds away from my prepreg weight. but im getting there peeps.

so even though i said i was serious, it took me a few days to really gget on it.

i have a goal to weigh 175 on july 24. i am not sure i can do it, since i was slacking for a week. but, i am going to try hard.

today i started my shake diet. and i worked out on the elliptical. i burned 504 calories.

so i feel good. the end.

again

haha this is even worse than last time ....

but im (really) serious this time.

seriously.

so i went and had a baby. i gained 23 pounds while pregnant. so .... i was fat.

are you seriously wanting me to post my weight, blog?? FINE! i'll do it. but only because i know it makes me (or at least it should make me) more motivated.

so. before i got pregnant, i weighed 183 (way too much). the day i went in to have LBJ i weighed 206 big ones

yesterday, i weighed 185. so 2 pounds to go to prepreg weight. but i have a goal to weigh 175 by mid july or something (the goal is listed on my wii fit)

speaking of wii fit. that is my main source of exercise now that i am home bound. you know ... cause i had a baby.

ive been doing that - and taking LBJ on walks, if we get up early. its too hot to go after 9 am, in my opinion.

so ... thats it ... just a quick little update. so you can see i am serious.
