so even though i said i was serious, it took me a few days to really gget on it.

i have a goal to weigh 175 on july 24. i am not sure i can do it, since i was slacking for a week. but, i am going to try hard.

today i started my shake diet. and i worked out on the elliptical. i burned 504 calories.

so i feel good. the end.
